The first review of the tractor.
At the first inspection of the MS120 tractor, we got the first impressions of this model, which includes the latest developments for this class of equipment - mini tractors weighing up to 700 kg.
The tractor became stronger, the vibration decreased, due to the fact that the load-bearing frame became more powerful. The long-awaited adjustment of the track has been added to the tractor - now the distance between the wheels can be adjusted from 105 to 140 cm. The Scout Minitractor can be used both in gardens with frequent growths of trees (the T-12 has the smallest turning width among its class models) and when working with Potatoes - planting, inter-row processing and excavating is ideally done when the wheels are placed at a maximum width of 140 cm.
From the minuses of this design, we can see the fact that the rear wings are not adjustable in width, and with the narrowing of the rear wheels, the hub itself still does not become smaller.
Mini tractor MS120 was equipped with a hydraulic pump with a two-channel hydraulic distributor. What does it mean?
Previously, to install on the tractor front attachments (for example, a mower, or a snow dump), it was necessary to change the hydraulic hoses from the rear to the front. This created a certain discomfort - it was necessary to follow that hydraulic oil after this procedure remained at the desired level, and the time was lost. Now - once you put the hoses on the front hinged, you get rid of this procedure almost forever. Simply disconnect the hinged itself, leaving the front hydraulic hoses with the cylinder in place, and if necessary, simply attach it to the adjustable fastener (it was previously fixed in the frame itself, and now it is adjustable in two axes). Adjusting the position of the front mounted is now as effective as possible, say goodbye to the skewing of the belts because of the inconsistency of the pulleys! The motor is now equipped with a five-drive pulley. Now, to install the mower, you do not need to remove the hood.
To use the front and rear attachments at the same time is now elementary.
On the tractor completely revised the warning system sensors (dashboard). If earlier the coolant temperature and oil pressure sensors in the diesel engine displayed warning signals (worked yes / no), now the temperature is correctly displayed on a scale of degrees Celsius, and the pressure is correctly displayed in kg / cm.cub. The same was true for working with soot, seeders and potato diggers. Now you can forget about this problem! Set the required depth on the adjusting wheels, turn on the "floating mode" - voila! Floating mode is installed in all mini tractors MS120 produced with the latest time. To switch it on you need to maximally extend the hydraulic cylinder (switch and hold the lever in the lower position). Thus, the oil from the distributor will return through the oil return tube to the tank. Then squeeze the clutch pedal and lower the hydraulic cylinder to the lowest position. After this, the hydraulic cylinder will go into a free position and the attachments will function under their own weight.
