Engine Mingsin MSD320 is a powerful, reliable, quiet enough single-cylinder diesel engine « Mingsin 32ED» . Equipped with an electric starter with an automatic decompression valve and direct injection. From the engine to the dashboard, for ease of operation of the tractor, there are four sensors - a voltmeter (electronic), an engine hour meter, an engine oil pressure sensor (duplicated by a mechanical sensor on the engine's side cover) and a coolant temperature sensor. The engine is equipped with a multi-layer oil-air filter (serviced) and an increased muffler.
 
The drive from the engine to the gearbox is made using three V3410 wedge-shaped belts. This is a very convenient and inexpensive in use system, it also serves as a fuse from overload: as soon as there is an unforeseen overload, you are failing inexpensive belts.
