Picking System:
It is usually equipped with multiple cotton picker heads, and inside each cotton picker head, there are high-speed rotating spindles. These spindles come into contact with cotton plants through ingenious mechanical structures and use the force generated by rotation to strip the cotton from the cotton bolls, simulating the action of manual cotton picking but at a faster speed and with higher efficiency. For example, advanced cotton picker heads can flexibly adjust their angles and positions according to the different growth forms and heights of cotton plants, ensuring that all parts of the cotton plants can be comprehensively covered for picking.
Around the cotton picker heads, there are also airflow guiding devices designed, which help to promptly transport the picked cotton to the subsequent collection system while avoiding the cotton from scattering around during the picking process and causing losses.

 

Conveying System:
It consists of a series of components such as conveyor belts, fans and pipes. The picked cotton will be transported to the cotton storage bin in an orderly manner along the set route either by relying on the suction force of the airflow generated by the fans through the pipes or through the mechanical transmission of the conveyor belts, ensuring that the cotton remains smooth throughout the transmission process and that situations like blockages will not occur to affect the harvesting progress.

 

Cotton Storage Bin:
Generally, it has a relatively large volume and is made of sturdy and well-sealed materials, such as special metal plates combined with sealing strips. Inside the storage bin, there is a compacting device. When cotton is continuously transported in, it can automatically compact the cotton moderately to increase the storage capacity of the cotton in the bin and facilitate the subsequent unloading operation. Its capacity ranges from several cubic meters to dozens of cubic meters, which can meet the needs of different scales of operation durations.
